About Lawinger Consulting, Inc.
LCI (Lawinger Consulting, Inc.) was founded in 1988 by Larry Lawinger as a consortium of IT Professionals who found that by pooling
their skills and experience, they could provide the highest level of IT support and development services available. Almost 20 years later that focus
hasn't changed; LCI still offers the highest level of service to their clients.
LCI's professional staff utilizes a pooled resource methodology for supporting clients. That methodology encapsulates knowledge sharing
and a high level of communication. This gives our clients the complete 24x7 support they can trust.
Low Staff Turnover
Historically LCI has an extremely low level of staff turnover. We believe this is a critical element to consistently delivering high service and
is imperative to meeting continued cost containment and reduction. LCI does this by carefully selecting team members and consistently working
with staff to assure they are challenged and professionally satisfied. Because support is our primary business, we understand the characteristics
that make for good team members.
Diversity
The LCI team is a diverse group that shares a desire to excel far beyond typical client expectations. We have team members
from various countries, backgrounds and technical knowledge. Each member has their own unique set of skills in which they share with the other
members of the team. This sharing allows our team to act in seamless coordination, rather than as a hand with all thumbs.
Community Support
LCI team members volunteer many hours and services to local communities and organizations. We give our time, energy and hearts to people and services
that keep our communities healthy. LCI team members are supported and encouraged by the entire LCI organization; giving is not only a
