LCI is a qualified and registered IT vendor with the State of Minnesota under both the SITE and SWIFT programs. The Department of Administration and the Office of MN.IT Services (MN.IT) introduced the SITE (Seeking IT Expertise) program in 2014, as a successor to the 902TS master contract program.

SWIFT is a portal to the State’s accounting and procurement system used for securing contracting/consulting services of qualified and registered firms.
